Nice location, but the taxi service offered by the Hotel is very expensive. No doubt its a luxury car and probably worth it, but having cheaper options would help travellers going to a few KM, where luxury is not important. The breakfast is awesome and worth waking up early to enjoy it thoroughly.

This is a very good hotel right in middle of Gurgaon and at very affordable rates. This was my first stay and I am sure i will be back again. The rooms are very luxurious equipped with all modern amenities... However the toileteries need improvement... The dinner buffer is exceptionally good - not a very huge menu but a good mix of indian and foreign cuisines... Stay here is value for money...

I booked this hotel for my business trip due to its convinient & strategic location to do business around Gurgaon. Hotelm is standard business class with reasonably good facilities. Rooms are clean & ccomfortable. Staff is courteous. Rates are bit costly in terms of value for money but I guess there are no better options. Food is OK . I typically had breakfast and dinners during my stay. Orchid is standard coffee shop. Things are OK. Nothing spectacular about taste. Found overall ambience and food at Nakshatra much better but there is a fixed menu. All in all, good and decent hotel in that geography.
